Rotator Cuff Injury
Rotator cuff injuries are common, especially as people age. The rotator cuff is a group of four muscles and tendons that stabilize your shoulder and allow you to lift and rotate your arm. Injuries can range from inflammation and small tears to complete tears. These injuries can cause pain and limit your shoulder’s movement.
