Shoulder Arthritis

Shoulder arthritis is a condition characterized by the degeneration of the cartilage in the shoulder joint, leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. There are two main joints in the shoulder that can be affected: the glenohumeral joint (where the ball of the upper arm bone fits into the socket of the shoulder blade) and the acromioclavicular (AC) joint (where the collarbone meets the shoulder blade).
