Dr. Mohamed Salar is a fellowship-trained spine surgeon with a passion for motion-preserving and minimally invasive spinal procedures. He specializes in cervical and lumbar disc arthroplasty, spinal decompression, and interbody fusion surgeries, as well as non-surgical pain management strategies. With a focus on patient-centered care, Dr. Salar blends cutting-edge techniques with a thoughtful, personalized approach to treatment.
Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at MSU Health Care, Dr. Salar is dedicated to advancing the field through research, education, and hands-on clinical care. His training includes top-tier institutions such as the University of Florida, Mayo Clinic, and the Texas Back Institute, and he brings that depth of experience into every patient interaction.
