Amy Hauxwell

Amy Hauxwell, OTRL, is originally from Michigan. She attended Western Michigan University, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Health Science with Occupational Therapy in 2002. Amy has worked in various settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, sub-acute rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics. She has been a part of the Synergy Health Partners team since 2010.

Areas of Interest:
Amy’s main area of interest is hand therapy.

Amy is a board-certified occupational therapist. She is also certified to administer functional capacity evaluations.

Hobbies:
In her spare time, Amy enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family.
