I accompanied Dr. Jeffrey Klein on multiple occasions in various surgeries as well as during patient assessment appointments. Dr. Klein allowed me to experience the doctor-patient interaction in scheduled patient appointments and the surgery center. Additionally, I observed him perform operations such as an exostectomy and ankle arthroscopy procedures. Dr. Klein’s dexterity and demeanor in the operating room were a highlight, since his immense knowledge, humility, and skill were admirable. Joining him on his patient appointments taught me how to deliver personalized and efficient systemic care while addressing all of the patients’ concerns.

My first visit with Dr. Klein was very appreciated. He spent time with my concerns related to my left foot drop condition. Dr. Klein kindly saw me in his Livonia office earlier than the appointment I'd made with him in his Warren office... saving me a long road trip. After prescribing an over-the-shoe brace, I was fitted with it right there and walked out with it! I look forward to my next visit, as the brace seems to be helping me walk straighter. I feel a bit more balanced and secure with my walker. Thank-you, Dr. Klein:)

I love Dr Alice Mendelson. If I can give her 10 stars, I would. She didn't rush me into getting my knee replacement surgery at all. She told me when I get ready to let her know. Well I let her know that I was ready. That was in March, 2019. I told her I would like to have my surgery in July. Dr Alice said okay. On July 2, 2019, the surgery went great to my surprise I had little pain on Day two. I was walking around my apartment complex with my therapist on day six without a walker. I really felt great, and I owe it all to Dr Alice Mendelson. Thank you for being such a great doctor and for being there for me. Dr. Sorenson is very efficient. Spends a lot of time and explains everything thoroughly. Never seems to be in a hurry. He did surgery on me and did not push me into it. He explained it to me and told me to go home and think about it and if I decided to go ahead with the surgery to come back . I would definitely recommend him . As a matter of fact I already have.

So impressed with this facility! Not only was the surgeon wonderful, the entire staff made our experience a very positive one. The nurses were welcoming and attentive, took great care of my husband and also took great care of my daughter and I while we waited. The staff were all smiling, friendly, and happy to talk to and play with my daughter to make it a much less stressful morning for me as a mother. I can't say enough good things about our experience!

My husband has Si joint fusion surgery done on 8/30/2019 and the experience we had at this surgery center was nothing but the best. They are all amazing staff there. Very caring and welcoming. The facility was also very clean ? Our discharge nurse was heather and she was amazing . So nice and answered all of our questions . Also Dr Munk is an amazing spine surgeon and would recommend him and his staff there to anyone .

I was acquainted with doctor Kevin Lee before I had a brain biopsy at Detroit Receiving Hospital, when I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Dr. Kevin Lee is a compassionate man and I am at awe of him. If someone has a problem with my comments, he/she should speak to James Shaw.
