Surgical Spine, Neck & Back Procedures

  • Radiofrequency Ablation Following successful medial branch blocks, this minimally invasive procedure uses controlled heat to create a lesion on the nerve, providing longer-lasting pain relief. Most patients experience 6-12 months of significant pain reduction from facet joint arthritis.
  • Spinal Cord Stimulation For patients with chronic pain that hasn't responded to other treatments, spinal cord stimulation involves implanting a small device that sends electrical pulses to mask pain signals. This advanced therapy can provide substantial relief for complex regional pain syndrome and failed back surgery syndrome.
  • Intrathecal Pump Implantation This sophisticated pain management system delivers medication directly to the spinal fluid through a surgically implanted pump.
