Learn More About Dr. Leff

Fred Leff, DPM, established Michigan Foot Surgeons on Wyoming and Curtis in 1972.

Shortly thereafter, he bought a second location on Meyers and Seven Mile. To better serve both his urban and suburban communities, he moved Michigan Foot Surgeons to the Comerica Bank Building in 2003.

In 2013, Dr. Leff sold the practice to his son, Dr. Randy Leff, who renamed it Michfoot Surgeons.

A native of Detroit, Dr. Leff attended Mumford High School and Wayne State University. He graduated with honors from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Civic Hospital.

Understanding These Results

High Satisfaction

Many patients report being very satisfied with their foot and ankle treatment experience. This reflects not only successful outcomes but also clear communication and compassionate care throughout the treatment process.

Strong Recommendations

The high recommendation rate indicates that patients trust their experience enough to refer family and friends. This speaks to both the quality of care and the positive relationships built during treatment.

Significant Pain Relief

Most patients experience meaningful improvement in their foot and ankle pain after treatment. This improvement often allows them to return to activities they previously had to avoid due to discomfort.

Return to Activities

A majority of patients are able to resume their normal daily activities and recreational pursuits. This functional improvement is often the most important outcome for patients seeking foot and ankle care.
